For example, I analyze your drive, return tactics, or other critical game situations, highlighting what works well and where there is potential for enhancement. This detailed analysis provides you with clear, actionable recommendations that can be applied directly in your training or next match.
At the end of the analysis, you will receive three targeted exercises designed to address your specific movement issues or weaknesses, helping you improve them effectively and efficiently.
